  • The Cross-Channel strategy is a new tendency that consists in innovating and creating efficient new flows to the selling point through the use of new digital technologies.
  • Lula Outlet reviewed their commercial concept in order to identify their target customer and obtain a better comprehension of their needs in the digital media.

Impact on the company

  • It was recommended to Lula Outlet to promote and communicate the advantages of its commercial concept (personalised advisory, multi-brand quality and design fashion at low prices) both in direct selling and through online channels.
  • The expected impact on the company’s increase the traffic at points of sale and increase customer database through proper online presence. This, together with online marketing plan, should result in an increase in turnover.

KRIPTON OIL

Project developed

  • Given the situation of rising competition, KRIPTON OIL is planning to launch a new business line that consists of selling their product directly to the final customer without the intervention of wholesale companies.
  • For the creation of this new line was created a communication plan. Some of the aspects worked were digital strategy, the language to reach the consumer and the identification of their profile.

Impact on the company

  • Opportunity to grow in the market with the expansion of sales channels and other market niches where the current line does not cover all the demand.
  • Differentiation of the new product line for home maintenance through design to positioning it in the online channel.

IBERITAL DE RECAMBIOS S.A.

FAD-INS subvention amount 3.500 €

Development, production and commercialisation of spare parts mainly for hotel and restaurant business. It also provides own brand of products, coffee machines and coffee grinders, and it has its own distribution lines.

Project developed

  • Design of a professional coffee machine with the aim of strengthening the market position of one of their most successful products. Efforts will be done in order to improve not only design issues but also in those aspects just asking for more efficiency in the service.
  • DYD presents four different proposals to submit to Iberital Recambios considerations. Each of these proposals comes with a brief description of its main advantages, the technological options and the approximate assembly process.

Impact on the company

  • Iberital Recambios S.L. chooses the proposal that best suits its interests evaluating its cost, its aesthetic appearance, its brand identity issues and the capacity to distribute, commercialise and export the final product.
  • The last step of the project consists of developing this final product and diversifying it through different models to adapt it to every specific context: standardized sectors, exportation, small spaces, big service areas and machines for occasional consumption.

  • Define a strategy for the creation and consolidation of a new line of products under the brand “Disseny Propi” (“Own Design”)
  • The project has been carried out through regular meetings gathering the Faro team and following the D++ counselling team in product and communication management.

Impact on the company

  • Propose and select the appropriate professional profiles for creativity dynamic and propose and select the professional profiles of product design providers.
  • Reference document preparation of strategy qualitative level project (mission, vision, objectives, market, target) and strategic planning to carry it out.

  • Design and develop an urban vegetable garden that will take the form of a modular container. The idea is to facilitate small-scale production of vegetables in reduced spaces.
  • To start the project defined the conditions to be met by the product. From this definition we obtained a conceptual proposal to progress in product development.

  • Production of an innovative product, recycled material and environmentally friendly, the market demands.
